Over 20 years experience as a Chartered Quantity Surveyor (FRICS) and has held various senior commercial leadership roles for owners and tier one contractors in the construction, infrastructure and resources sectors in both Australia and the United Kingdom. Barry has led large commercial and contract management teams on large scale complex projects and has successfully established commercial strategy on majorpackages of work delivering best for project outcomes safely.
Barry holds legal qualifications (LLB) and was admitted to practice in 2022. Barry is also an experienced adjudicator in WA and NT. Barry specialises in the establishment and deployment of commercial strategy, risk and opportunity management, claims management, adjudication, arbitration support and dispute avoidance and resolution.
Rob is an experienced Project Director / Senior Project Manager with a 30 plus year history in the engineering and construction industry delivering projects in the UK & Australia. Rob is skilled in Project Leadership, People, Schedule and Cost Management, Sub-Contractor Management, and Project Estimation.
Rob understands the project lifecycle and the crucial interaction between all functions within a project and has led high performing teams to delivery successful project outcomes. He is an accomplished project management professional who focuses on empowering the project team to deliver.
